Ltd., a market development company for enterprise IT solutions, as its newest distributor. The distributorship is designed to increase support for Acucorp customers and independent software vendors (ISVs) in India as well as better position the organization for growth in India’s hi-tech marketplace. extend, portable to more than 600 platforms, enables COBOL applications to be deployed over the Internet, developed using a graphical user interface, distributed among several machines with Thin Client architecture, designed to access RDBMS and ODBC data sources, and designated to increase programmer productivity. With extend, these COBOL programs can also be developed in a service-oriented architecture as well as connect, communicate and conduct business with systems written in other computing languages including XML, .NET, J2EE, C# and Visual Basic.
