BEA WebLogic Platform 8.1 provides ability to converge legacy COBOL with J2EESAN DIEGO, Calif. – August 4, 2003 – Acucorp, Inc., a worldwide developer of legacy application extension solutions, today announced support for the BEA WebLogic Enterprise Platform™ to integrate BEA Tuxedo® services written in Acucorp’s extend® COBOL development tools with BEA WebLogic—designed for maximizing the value and return on proven software investments. Today’s announcement supports the recent availability of BEA WebLogic Platform 8.1™, an integrated platform that provides superior business integration through the convergence of application development and integration, from BEA Systems, Inc.
