Information Acucorp Gathers and Tracks

Acucorp gathers the following types of information about users: data that users provide through optional, voluntary registration on our site and through optional, voluntary participation in certain contests and sweepstakes; and tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our site. During the download process, the user has the option of supplying additional survey information regarding the user's current COBOL solution, interest in Acucorp products, and other miscellaneous information.

• Technical Support
  In order to enable Acucorp to verify and respond to electronic technical support inquiries from users registered for technical support, a user must first complete the support form. This form requires a user to give contact information, hardware and software information, and a description of the technical problem. This information is used to contact the user regarding the technical support issue and to address the support issue. In addition, this information may be provided to Acucorp's distributors if the user is located in a region serviced by a distributor.

• Registration Forms
  In order to obtain information from various portions of this web site, users must first complete a registration form. During registration a user is required to give contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services or information on our site for which the user has expressed interest.

• Surveys & Contents
  Occasionally Acucorp requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary, and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
