CSP Requirements

Technical Certification Process

• Complete technical training within first 3 months of signing agreement
• Pass certification test
• Have minimum of 2 Acucorp certified consultants on staff
• Must complete one implementation with Acucorp personnel within first year of agreement

In addition to completion of certification process, CSPs must:

• Maintain technical certification with latest version of Acucorp software
• Execute a signed agreement and complete business plan
• Maintain high-level of customer satisfaction
• Complete sales training within first 3 months of signing agreement
• Initiate demand creation for new service offerings
