CTP Requirements
General
- Vendor will acknowledge and promote Acucorp partner status on web site and
in other appropriate
marketing materials.
Application
- Complete and submit the CTP application
- Email your corporate logo in GIF or JPEG format
- Review and accept the Acucorp CTP agreement
Support
- Vendor is solely responsible to ensure that their product(s) works with
and supports the latest version of Acucorp software
- If requested by Acucorp, vendor must designate a technical support representative
to assist Acucorp representatives in timely resolution of mutual customer needs
- If requested by Acucorp, one (1) unit of the vendor's product must be made
available to Acucorp representatives for support, test engineering and technical
marketing purposes to assist with resolution of customer problems, compatibility
issues and performance testing
