Welcome to Acucorp Technical Support! Here you will find several resources to assist you in getting the answers you need about your Acucorp products.

Before You Contact Support
Acucorp has produced several helpful videosdesigned to address common questions you may have in the early stages of installing or using Acucorp products.  Please reference these videos before calling Technical Support, as they may contain the answers to your specific questions.

Acucorp products are delivered with online guides in the form of HTML help files.  You can view these files using a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape. To view them:

  • In a Windows environment, select Start → Programs → Acucorp x.x.x extend x Documentation Set.  This starts the browser and opens a page that displays a list of all available guides.
  • In non-Windows environments, start the browser and open the docs.htm file to view this list.
    Note: For UNIX platforms, the online documentation is provided on a separate CD.

Raising a support incident
The Micro Focus SupportLine web site is the recommended way to manage your technical issues. You can use it to:

  • Report incidents via the web and get an immediate confirmation of your incident number.
  • View your company’s incidents via the web to track their latest status.
  • Update your incidents via the web for immediate delivery of information to the assigned support engineer.
The SupportLine web site is full of up to date information on our products:
  • Knowledge Base – Google search over 10,000 articles that are constantly being updated and added to by our technical experts.
  • Documentation – the latest product documentation for all Micro Focus products.
  • Demos and utilities – snippets of interesting information to help you get the best out of your Micro Focus product.
To access the SuppportLine website, go to http://www.microfocus.com/supportline and log in with your user name and password.  If you do not have a user name or password, click the registration link.
Clicking the above link will redirect you to the Micro Focus SupportLine page. If you have not received an email from Micro Focus detailing your new Userid and password, please contact your local support centre for assistance.
