Change in report output of "vutil -info"

In its report of the total number of deleted records in a Vision 5 file, "vutil -info" also indicates the total number of abandoned record areas (deleted record areas that have been abandoned after 30 attempts at reuse). For example, the line reporting the number of deleted records in a "vutil -info" report might read:
    # of deleted records:   1674 (1672+2)   
where 1674 is the total number of deleted records, 1672 of which are available for reuse, two of which have been abandoned.
