Would there be any issues changing acurcl from port number 5632 to say 21. We have WAN issues of 30 min to load a sreen at the client end or no screen loaded though server end indicates an active session. Believe telco has prioritised traffic such as ftp on the ADSL link at the expense of others. Additionally will acurcl timeout ?
